GENDER EQUALITY INDEX

Gender Equality: an incalculable index… but it does not change our commitment

Despite a long-standing equal pay policy, the indicators used to establish the Gender Equality index* are not applicable to our Group, making it incalculable as of March 1, 2025, for the year 2024.

However, our commitment to the subject remains strong, and the management’s efforts for equal opportunities are still at the heart of the actions taken.

Throughout 2024, here are the results for the 5 calculated indicators of the index for the two companies involved in the group: Dupessey&CO and Transports TYM

  • 1st, 2nd, and 3rd indicators (pay gaps, raises, and promotions): incalculable for the year 2024. The inability to calculate these two indicators is due to the non-representativeness of 3 or 10 employees of each gender per category and not to an actual pay, raise, and promotion gap.
  • 4th indicator (percentage of employees receiving a raise after maternity leave): we received a score of 15/15. The three employees returning from maternity leave in 2024 were given a raise during the year. This indicator is incalculable for Transports TYM since there were no returns from maternity leave during the year.
  • 5th indicator (number of women among the top 10 highest salaries): for the year 2024, we received a score of 0/10 (same as in previous years).

Our ambition is to continue our efforts to attract more female talent to our professions and foster vocations.

At Dupessey&Co and its subsidiaries, we are aware of the great performance leverage that diversity represents within our group.

*The Gender Equality index, established by the law of January 8, 2019, aims to reduce professional inequalities within companies through a score out of 100 based on 5 predetermined indicators.
